Callaway Twin
Turbo Corvette
Chevrolet, in the course of its normal testing of competitors' cars,
was surprised by the reliable performance Callaway achieved with thier Twin Turbo version of
Alfa's small V-6 and approached Callaway about a similar program
for the Corvette.
The contact
eventually resulted in the well-known Callaway Twin Turbo Corvettes.
More than 500
examples were produced over a 5 year span.
