SALES / F&I MANAGER, Santa Ana CA

A sales professional to support the retail sale of world-class performance vehicles, apparel, and accessories through the Callaway sales center in Santa Ana, California.

Job Description:

- Reporting to the Program Manager, this position will include driving sales growth, primarily with new car prospects and knowledgeable enthusiasts in California.
- Manage existing B2B relationships, identify potential customers, contact prospects, deliver sales presentations and close sales.
- Work extended hours and travel with limited notification. Travel may include multiple-day trips and comprise a minimum of 10% of the annual schedule.

Qualifications:

- Possess a strong sales background and a general understanding of the specialty automotive industry. In particular an understanding of automotive F&I.
- An excellent and articulate communicator with outstanding interpersonal and consultative selling skills in English (verbal and written).
- Three year minimum automotive sales experience required. Emphasis on F&I with a strong and verifiable CSI commitment.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility on company insurance policy.
- Proficient in driving performance vehicles and manual transmissions.
- A confident, self-motivated hunter with a strong work ethic, a drive to succeed, a proven track record of exceeding goals and forging long-term relationships.
- An excellent time manager capable of multitasking and prioritizing to consistently meet objectives and timelines.
- An outgoing team player who can effectively relate to individuals at all levels of an organization.
- The successful applicant will be well versed in Macintosh computers and software.
