Folks,
I am putting some effort into organizing the records of the Alfas involved in the GTV-6 Twin Turbo Project. If you are a current or former owner (who is not in the records), I could use your help.
We are preparing to expand this website to present additional information on some of the less-publicized Callaway projects, such as Callaway-powered “Corvette” ski boats, the 5,500 Callaway-turbocharged Mazdaspeed Protegés, Porsche 924 turbocharger systems – and the Alfa Romeo Twin Turbo GTV6 project.
I would be very grateful if you could contribute whatever you know about the car, its whereabouts, and any thoughts you have about your experience in ownership. And if you have any documentation or photos (especially of yourself, as we pretty much know what the cars looked like.)
It would be very helpful if you have a VIN number or prior or subsequent owners. This info is being collected simply for completing the car’s record. We did a poor job of recording the original production cars and their ownership. Once done, it will allow me to tie a ribbon around that period of our history. I plan to share the results with anyone who contributes or was an owner. No privacy issues there, don’t worry.
Send me what you can, please. Easiest is to use the Registry Form below or email me at erc@callawaycars.com.
We are also offering new Certificates of Authenticity for Alfa Romeo GTV-6 Callaway Twin Turbo owners. Click the blue button below to make your purchase online, or call us at (860) 434-9002.
Very best personal regards for the Alfa community at large,
