C11 – Range Rover 4.6 HSE Callaway | ’98-99

Range Rover Callaway

Commissioned by Land Rover North America for the Rover Group of England, this limited production run of 220 vehicles was developed in an effort to increase the performance image of the existing Range Rover without being a direct competitor to the standard product line.

The Range Rover 4.6 HSE Callaway produced 240 bhp and 285 lb-ft of torque, an increase of over ten percent from the standard V8’s output.

Sold throughout the United States by their dealer network, the Callaways were sequentially numbered and had specially painted bumpers, grilles and mirrors to match the exterior paint. Only limited colors were produced: Epsom Green, Rutland Red, and Niagara Gray.

Enhancements included increased power through Callaway developed internal engine modifications, dual outlet exhaust system and a specially designed free flow air intake system. A alternate ratio transfer case was standard, as were 18″ wheels and tires.
