The Callaway Team presented their supercharged Corvette C8 development vehicle for display at the last “Corvettes at Carlisle” event in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The public debut commemorated the 35th anniversary of the Callaway and Corvette relationship. That weekend, Callaway also began offering Serialized Production Slots for the new Callaway Supercharged Corvette C8 Package with a refundable $1,000 deposit.
Callaway’s new Gen4™ Supercharger System is configured for Stingray Coupes and Hardtop Convertibles and it will undergo final engineering, emissions compliance testing and performance validation in the coming months, with production scheduled to commence in Q2 2023.
The supercharger system will not be sold as a standalone kit. Instead, new and pre-owned Corvette C8s will be converted to Callaway Supercharged Corvette C8 specifications at our Connecticut and California factories, with all Callaway Corvette standard equipment and owner-selected Callaway options installed. Callaway Cars is not a dealership; the cars can be purchased from a Chevrolet Dealer within a network of Callaway Authorized Dealers located across North America. Pre-owned 2020-2023 Stingrays are also eligible for conversion through Callaway’s “Second Chance” program.
As with all Callaway vehicles, the Callaway Supercharged Corvette C8 will be backed by a three-year/36,000 mile Warranty which supplements the vehicle’s GM factory warranties. An optional five-year/60,000 mile Callaway Powertrain Service Contract will also be available, and service can be performed at GM Dealers. Fifty-state emission compliance is also a feature of all Callaway vehicles.
