Callaway Cars and Holley Performance Brands Announce Collaboration

PRESS RELEASE

OLD LYME CT – August 12, 2025 – The two iconic manufacturers have agreed to collaborate on engineering, marketing and distribution to address OEM projects, the Domestic Muscle aftermarket and the Modern Truck and Off-Road arena.

Callaway Cars, a premier provider of integrated performance solutions and a lengthy association with GM vehicles, and Holley Performance Brands, a leader in aftermarket performance products, today announced a collaboration to develop and launch new packages and products for GM applications.

Vehicles in the GM portfolio, such as Corvette, Silverado, Sierra, Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon and Escalade, will continue to be targeted and packages will vary in content and price, up to premium-level “Pinnacle” versions. Holley will manage the digital and direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales channels, with Callaway continuing with GM dealership outreach. Callaway will also continue to lead the technical definition and engineering activities of Callaway-branded products, maintaining the leading-edge innovation, artistry in design and superior quality that the brand is known for. Project collaboration is already underway, and multi-channel outreach campaigns will launch soon.

“My father built Callaway Cars on a foundation of passion and performance,” said Pete Callaway, President, Callaway Cars. “Joining Holley in this venture allows the Callaway Team to take that legacy to the next level, reaching more enthusiasts with complete, high-performance vehicle solutions while maintaining the authenticity and excellence people expect from the Callaway brand.”

“As we continue to realize our vision to be the undisputed global leader in the automotive performance aftermarket, this collaboration puts us in a strong position to drive growth and deliver category-defining products for the modern enthusiast,” said Matthew Stevenson, President & CEO, Holley Performance Brands. “Callaway Cars is a company that seamlessly complements our iconic brands and shares in our desire to bring more performance and fun to enthusiasts everywhere.”

To leverage the synergies of Callaway with GM’s Bowling Green, Kentucky, Corvette production, Callaway and Holley will establish a new Callaway Performance Center alongside existing Holley operations in Bowling Green. This new facility will focus on the Corvette as well as other GM vehicles. It will increase Callaway production capacity and enable broader availability of GM dealer-supported solutions.

As with current Callaway deliveries, buyers will still have the option to receive their vehicles at select GM dealerships nationwide or take part in immersive delivery experiences designed for performance enthusiasts. New experiences will be coming soon to Bowling Green, alongside those already available in Connecticut and potentially at other locations across the Holley Performance Brands footprint.
