Callaway Cars

ORDER TERMS: Order prices and specifications are subject to verification by Callaway Cars, Inc. (Callaway) prior to Order acceptance by Callaway. All prices are in U.S. currency, unless noted otherwise, and F.O.B. Callaway facility. 50% deposit is required at the time of the Order to establish scheduled appointment. These deposits are non-refundable. The balance is payable upon completion of the Order. All payments shall be in certified funds. Additional costs such as special packaging, shipping insurance and freight are to be borne by the above named Purchaser. Orders are subject to state sales tax when applicable.

AUTHORIZATION: Subject to Callaway verification, Purchaser hereby authorizes Callaway to install the above product at the prices listed in this document. Purchaser acknowledges and accepts that some "Special Model" Vehicles may require additional processing by Callaway. The costs associated with such processing, as reasonably and exclusively determined by Callaway and extended to Purchaser within this and/or separate document(s), shall be borne by Purchaser. Callaway and its employees may operate the above Vehicle for purposes of testing, inspection or delivery at Purchaser's risk. An express mechanic's lien is acknowledged on the above Vehicle to secure the amount of the product and installation thereto. Original components removed and/or replaced during this installation are agreed to be the property of Callaway. It is also understood that Callaway shall not be held responsible for loss or damage to the above Vehicle, or articles left in the above Vehicle, in case of fire, theft, accident or any cause beyond Callaway's control.
