The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website as well as all transactions conducted through the website.

Privacy Policy
At Callaway Cars, we respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you provide will be held with care and will not be used in any way in which you have not consented.

Shipping & Delivery
Every effort shall be made to ship confirmed orders on the date of receipt. Unless otherwise requested and as long as package configuration allows, all Callaway shipments shall be made via UPS Ground. All shipments shall be made FOB Callaway Cars, Old Lyme, Connecticut or FOB Callaway Cars West, Temecula, California. Shipping charges are determined by the size and weight of your package and total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.

Some oversized products, such as body kits and hoods must be shipped via truck. Your Online Store order will not include freight charges. For these orders, please call Callaway Customer Service at (860) 434-9002 Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, Eastern US time for freight cost.

Unless specified otherwise, all Back Orders shall be held and shipped when available. If product availability is delayed over 30 days after placement of order, the customer shall be contacted prior to shipment to confirm the order.

Callaway Cars Inc. (Callaway) warrants to the original retail purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship when put into normal use. This warranty is not transferable. Callaway’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement, at its option, of any parts deemed to be defective, solely by Callaway, under normal use within the terms of this warranty. Callaway’s warranty period is 90 days, beginning on the purchase date indicated on the consumer’s sales receipt.

Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order and wish to make a return, please contact Callaway Customer Service for further instructions at (860) 434-9002, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, eastern US time.

In order to process your return, you must obtain a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA). Prior authorization by Callaway Cars is required for any returned merchandise. When you contact Callaway Customer Service with the reason for return, a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be assigned. Please include the assigned RGA number marked clearly on the outside of the returned goods package; any product shipped to Callaway without an RGA number will be refused and returned to the sender. All products returned to Callaway Cars shall be shipped prepaid and insured; no freight collect returns will be accepted. All merchandise returned for credit, other than warranty returns, shall be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns, other than warranty returns, shall be accepted after 90 days from invoice date.

Refunds will normally be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If you refuse a shipment, all associated freight expenses shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please inspect all product when it is received. Any claim for loss or damage should be directed to the Carrier by the purchaser.
