GenThree™ TVS R2650 Supercharger System
with TripleCooled™ Intercooling

Callaway’s patented GenThree™ TVS 2650 supercharger provides 602 horsepower and 560 lb-ft of torque, 182 hp and 100 lb-ft more than stock. Fuel mileage is practically unchanged from stock as the supercharger’s internal bypass mechanism diverts the inlet air flow path during idle, low-load cruising, and deceleration, allowing the supercharger rotors to spin freely. Plus, Callaway’s patented TripleCooled™ intercooler system employs three high-flow heat exchanger elements to reduce inlet air temperature, eliminating power loss typically encountered with supercharged vehicles during aggressive driving.

Callaway Carbon Mid-Engine Covers with SC602 Emblems

The supercharger is flanked by matte Callaway Carbon mid-engine covers which conceal coil packs, engine wiring and plumbing. The covers also serve to suppress valvetrain and fuel injector noise. The covers are produced in-house from high quality carbon fiber and finished in a matte clearcoat.

High-Flow Intake System

The high-flow Callaway intake system includes a specifically configured inlet duct and low-restriction filter element to supply the supercharger with the extra air volume that it demands.

Low-Restriction Stainless Steel Exhaust System

Callaway exhaust systems are engineered with low restriction, allowing increased exhaust gas flow for more power. They also provide Callaway’s authoritative, yet unobtrusive “signature tone”. Internal chamber design and tube construction creates a unique exhaust note: refined and mature. The design provides natural frequency cancellation that otherwise creates in-cabin resonance or “drone”. Full T304 stainless steel construction and CAD-designed, Waldoch/Callaway Launch Edition Silverados include dual, under-rear-bumper outlets, each with with dual, black chrome tips. Now with a new, electronically-controlled Sport Mode.

CalCal – Callaway Bespoke Engine Control Components and Calibration

Callaway’s “CalCal” engine control components and electronic powertrain calibration integrate the Callaway-installed components flawlessly, ensuring perfect drivability and unconstrained warranty retention. Callaway engineers’ stringent testing and validation make sure that you enjoy miles of trouble-free operation.

Waldoch/Callaway Lowered Suspension System

More than just an off-the-shelf “Lowering Kit”, the Waldoch/Callaway Suspension Package consists of engineered chassis components, developed and integrated to provide lowered, level ride height while maintaining ride comfort, improved handling and extended reliability. Includes lowered front uprights, four large diameter dampers with adjustable compression and rebound, tuned front coil-over springs and specific, severe-duty hardware.

Waldoch/Callaway Big Brake Package

Extra-large, 6-piston front powder-coated calipers are mated with 15″ slotted rotors for improved braking, especially during spirited driving. The low-dust brake pads are engineered for superior friction and noise suppression with extended pad and rotor life. Stainless steel, braided flexible brake lines and high-temp fluid ensure firm pedal feel.

Waldoch/Callaway Performance Wheel and Tire Package

Waldoch/Callaway lightweight Nine-Spoke Alloy Wheels further differentiate and enhance appearance while reducing unsprung weight and rotating inertia for improved handling and acceleration. Wheel offset is designed to position the outboard face of the wheel to be flush with the body. Wheels are designed with proper clearance for the Waldoch/Callaway Big Brake Package. Contrasting Graphite finish, sized at 22″ × 9.5″ to accommodate the 305/45R22 Toyo Proxes ST III All-Season Tires.

Waldoch/Callaway Body Treatment

Upgrades include bold, black chrome Callaway hood lettering, a unique color-keyed grille design with illuminated Chevrolet Bow-Tie Emblem and Callaway SC602 emblem. Front doors and tailgate display new emblems with integrated Waldoch and Callaway elements. Also, specific puddle lamps illuminate upon front door opening.

Waldoch/Callaway Interior Package

Specific seat coverings combine leather, alcantara and carbon stitching accents, with Callaway and Waldoch embroidery and debossing. Callaway-anodized Aluminum Pedal Pads, Callaway/Waldoch Door Sill Panels, unique Topographic, Hydro-Graphic Dash and Door Panel Trim, and a serialized Interior Build Authentication Plaque are also included.

Underhood Vehicle Identification Plaque

A Waldoch/Callaway-specific stainless steel Vehicle Identification Plaque is mounted to the vehicle’s body structure, laser-etched with the vehicle identification number (VIN), confirming permanent vehicle authenticity.

Authenticity Documentation Package

Every Callaway comes with an Authenticity Documentation Package specific to your vehicle, including a leather-bound Certificate of Authenticity and other associated documents.

Waldoch Crafts and Callaway Cars provide 3 Year/36,000 Mile Limited Warranties which supplement the factory GM warranties for the most comprehensive coverage of any specialty vehicle manufacturer. Callaway Authorized GM Dealers perform maintenance and warranty repairs with support from Callaway Cars. An optional 5 Year / 60,000 Mile Powertrain Service Contract is also available.
