Mr. Callaway,

Thanks for the letter regarding my purchase of a 2011 Summit White Callaway Camaro.

There are many 3rd party aftermarket performance companies out there, but no one does it quite like Callaway. Obviously performance is key and Callaway is known for their Corvette performance packages and the SC572 package is just awesome on the Gen5 Camaro. But, just as important is style. Callaway does this better than any other aftermarket company. It’s just enough styling and not too much. The Camaro is already a fantastic car, but the Callaway PowerWindow Hood, Callaway wheels and the Callaway badges give the car a unique look but not overpowering. I guess this is what attracted me to the car.

I just sold my 2010 Red Jewel Camaro SS and I’ve owned a ’76 Camaro and a ’69 Camaro.

I purchased my Callaway Camaro from Rich Curran at George Matick Chevrolet in Redford, Michigan. I couldn’t have had a better buying experience. Rich and the entire dealership did a nice job. Purchasing a car is not big deal, but purchasing a Callaway Camaro is a big deal and they made me feel pretty important. I like having a local dealership to do business with. I know if I have any problems I can take the vehicle back to them and get it handled, whether it’s a Chevy issue or a Callaway issue.

I took delivery of my Callaway Camaro on November 4th and I’ve only been able to put 455 miles on it. I don’t drive my Camaro in the rain let alone the winter months. It’s stored in my heated garage and covered for the winter. I belong to the Eastern Michigan Camaro Club and I’m looking forward to taking my Callaway Camaro out in the spring and showing my club friends. This summer, I plan to have my Callaway on the track at Milan Speedway and on the track at Michigan International Speedway. I will also have my Callaway Camaro at many classic/muscle car shows next year. I’m really looking forward to showing it off! You can also count on it being at the annual Woodward Cruise!
