Callaway Cars Inc. Product Core Policy

Callaway Cars’ management is committed to thwarting the availability of defective, damaged or otherwise non-conforming Callaway products in the used parts market. This policy document details the consumer’s responsibilities and procedures required to comply with Callaway business practices and to facilitate trouble-free returns.

• When certain Replacement Products are purchased or otherwise transferred, a Core Charge is added to the Replacement Product invoice. The amount of the Core Charge varies according to the value of the product.

• The defective or non-conforming Core Product must be shipped to Callaway’s Connecticut or California facilities in order to qualify for Core Charge refund. All components and/or pieces of components that comprise the Core Product must be included. The ship-to location will be specified on the Replacement Product invoice.

• Once the returned Core Product is received at Callaway facilities, Returns Department staff will process the return and remit the Core Charge refund within five business days. To expedite this process, the Core Product should be returned to Callaway as soon as possible.

• Certain Core Products must be returned to Callaway prior to delivery of Replacement Products, as identified on the invoice. For these Core Products, the Core Charge refund is included on the Replacement Product invoice.

• A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number is included on the Replacement Product’s invoice. When the consumer returns the Core Product, this RGA number must be included on the outside of the package containing the returned product. In addition, the name, street address and email address or telephone number of the owner on record must be documented inside the Core Product’s packaging.

• Unless otherwise stipulated, shipping cost for the Core Product’s return to Callaway is the responsibility of the customer.
